What payment methods do you accept?
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse through the site, and when you see something you like add it to your cart. Head over to the checkout and enter your information. Now that you’ve done your part, sit back, relax and watch the tracking of your order. We ship the orders within 3-5 business days of purchase.
How to check my order status?
Once you have placed your order you should receive confirmation of your purchase as well as an order number. We will keep you updated along the way. When your order has shipped you will receive notification.
How can I make changes to my order?
Changes may not be made to an order once it has been submitted. This includes, but is not limited to, refunding accidental double-purchases of items or changing a ship-to address. For buyer/seller protection, orders paid for with PayPal or Stripe must be shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout. In addition, all discount and promotional codes must be applied by customer during the time of checkout and may not be applied after order has been completed.

How can I cancel my order?
Customers may request an order cancellation within 6 hours unless order has already been marked as ‘fulfilled’ during that time. Please e-mail us as soon as possible at OMGScrunchieClub.com to request a cancellation. In the subject line type: "Order Cancellation. Please include your order number and the full name with which you placed your order. To view the status of your order and to view its fulfillment status, sign into your account.
How to track and check the status of my order?
To view the current status of an order, you may view your orders by signing into your account. To check the tracking of an order, please refer back to your tracking email. If you cannot find your tracking email, you may send us an email and we’ll be happy to assist you in tracking your package.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at Contact@OMGScrunchieClub.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. In the subject line type: " Where is my confirmation"Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
If we are unable to verify your shipping address your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

What are the scrunchie sizes?
Our OMG Scrunchie is approx. 5x the size of a regular scrunchie and is approximately 6.5-7” in diameter. Our O.M.G. Mini Scrunchie is 2x the size of a regular scrunchie and is approximately 4.5-5” in diameter.
How are O.M.G. Scrunchies made?
All of the scrunchies and accessories are 100% handmade and made with love and care. My team consist of my husband, our 4 kiddos and myself. We all work together to in the production of the scrunchies
What are the studio conditions?
All of our items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment. No need to worry about smoke or pet allergies
How many times will the scrunchie wrap around my ponytail?
Our scrunches should warp around your hair approximately 2-3 times.
Why do scrunchies look a little different than the ones online?
Please keep in mind that colors may vary due to different monitor or screen settings.
How do I clean my scrunchies?
Thankfully, you don’t need to wash your scrunchies all that often. If you’ve been doing laundry less frequently these days, fret not. Depending on how frequently you’re wearing your scrunchie, you can get away with washing it once a month. But if you wear the same one regularly, you’ll want to wash it more often.
Linen, rayon, silk, and wool scrunchies should be hand-washed and laid out to dry. You can hand-wash them in a bowl filled with warm water or on the hand-wash cycle of your washing machine.
Cotton, acetate, spandex, acrylic, nylon, and polyester scrunchies can all be thrown in the wash with your clothes. It’s best to rinse them with cold water, so they won’t shrink, and dry them on a low or gentle cycle.
Some recommend washing them with detergent, while others suggest using shampoo. We’ll let you make that decision.
How to Hand-Wash Your Scrunchies
- Fill a large bowl or bucket with warm water and add a few drops of fabric softener or shampoo.
- Scrub and soak your scrunchies a few times gently by hand.
- Rinse off your scrunchies in fresh water.
- Squeeze any excess water out of your scrunchies and lay (or hang) them to dry in a warm, sunny spot like a windowsill for a day.
Machine Washing your scrunchies.
- Place your scrunchies in our O.M.G. Scrunchie mesh cleaning bag. You can also use a pillowcase too.
- Wash on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water.
- Let your scrunchies air dry. You can hang them to dry or let them dry flat on a towel.
****DO NOT place your scrunchies in the dryer.

When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please be advised the recipient is responsible for the country's customs fees and delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based off your purchase rate. For domestic purchased carts over $75 will receive free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Shipping Cost
- Orders over $75 USD will qualify for free shipping in North America.
- All orders placed outside of North America will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Unfortunately due to covid-19 we are experiencing large delivery delays. Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.
